"Slowest drive through in all of America; you can be the first and only car in line. You wait several minutes to say hello, then they ask you to wait for another 10 minutes and then get your order wrong."
"Do you remember in the 80s and 90s when Taco Bell was always amazing? The taco meat tasted like taco meat? The shells were fresh and crispy? The burritos were stuffed and you completely got your money's worth?? Well, this is it, y'all. The Taco Bell of our teens and 20s. I don't know how they do it but they do it. Everything tastes great, the shells and tortillas are stuffed and the employees are pleasant. I work in West Jeff and frequently door dash from this location. Tonight we were going from South Charleston home to Columbus and decided to stop and eat. Consistently good. Every time."
"Tried to go through the drive thru and was told to hold on a few they was trying to get caught up. No problem. About 5 minutes later a young man said we all almost to you. OK lady behind me in line said what did they say and how long you been in line. I said about 10-12 minutes. A lady comes on the drive thru speaker and said you can leave if you have a problem. Horrible customer service and I was prepared to wait. They closed the wrong London Taco bell.....We will not be back. Close that one also!!!"
"This location is always slammed which is a good sign but sad they can't get more help. I waited in the drive through for 25 min trying to get my grandma tacos for her dinner. She enjoyed her 3 taco supremes, they were made with care but the service was just really slow. Dining room and drive thru were backed up when I was there and only 2-3 people inside working."
"Every single order is wrong or made poorly. Awful customer service and always missing items. They never give you a receipt to even be able to call corporate to complain. This is my quesadilla with literally nothing on it, same with everything else I ordered. It’s annoying when you pay for extra ingredients and you get even less than normal."
