"It’s too bad the owners don’t recognize that the service and local touch significantly decreased only when they switched to a remote operator to handle all their calls. The people answering your phones mess orders up and they don’t know how to remedy any customer situations. I can tell by reviews that customers think they are talking to somebody at your restaurant…but they aren’t. It used to be local and you even knew who I was when I would call but it’s just not the same anymore."
"I absolutely loved this restaurant until tonight!!!! I stopped and got my dinner for work sweet and sour chicken and when I got it out for dinner no sauce. I called and the manager said if I come back in tomorrow she would give me a sauce for my dinner. I explained the food would be old and no good by then and I'm without my dinner. The sauce to go with day old chicken was her only option she gave to me. I was a regular customer until today I will never go back and if anyone asks about them it will not be a flattering response!!!!!"

"Good was fantastic. After moving away for 10 years and then visiting family and having it again made me realize I have been eating inferior General Tso’s chicken. Some of the best American Chinese food around. Very reasonably priced as well! Must haves are the General Tso’s, chicken lo mein, and the fried dumplings."
"My family ordered five dishes. Everyone else liked their food. I ordered "crispy sesame chicken" and it was anything but crispy. The chicken was literally in a pool of almost entirely water-liquid. The water steamed the chicken breading so it was mushy, slimy and disgusting. The other problem was the chicken itself. Or whatever it was, because it wasn't chicken. It was as you'd imagine biting into a sponge would be. It was all I could do to gag down two pieces and now my stomach hurts. I go hungry."
