"Forgot to put a body in the review, my bad. Service is always 100%, no matter when I've gone, morning, afternoon, evening, busy, not busy, etc. People are always smiling and nice. Food always comes out perfect and well seasoned. Never gotten anything I didn't order, and nothing wasn't cooked right. Was a chef for a big part of my life, and can get picky if things are cooked well enough, or lack seasonings or spices. Never been disappointed there. Especially this store. Atmosphere is always pleasant, no loud people, or workers. Smells coming from the kitchen could soothe any soul."
"We purchased the 1/2 chicken and a pulled pork sandwich. My wife loved the chicken but the top of the bun of my pulled pork sandwich was extremely greasy. Not very appetizing. Very disappointing. I am not a fan of very greasy food. Why would the top of a bun be extremely greasy ??"
"I love City BBQ! It's consistently good from one store to another! But I love the newness of the Kettering store! The clientele was even friendly with other clientele! Whoever sets the tone for this store does an amazing job! The service was excellent!! We got a slab to go and just finished eating at home. We loved everything about our experience today! A ray of sunshine on this rainy Sunday!♥️"
"This place is ran HORRIBLY. I went through the drive thru to get ribs, the girl says they are all out. Then I drive away and call them, asking if they have ribs, the guy says “Yep we have plenty!” Few days later I go through the drive thru, the guy says they are not taking any drive thru orders. I ask “Can i just order a banana pudding?” and he coughs then ignores me. They need new management who knows how to run the place, signs or cones for the drive thru to stop people wasting their time, and stop lying to customers blatantly."
"Very happy with my catered order! I placed an order on 11/4/23 to be picked up on 11/5/23. The process was so quick and easy! Nate placed my order, he gave great customer service, and truly wanted my order to be exactly as I wanted. He was fantastic and made the process so smooth. The food was ready on time, tasted phenomenal! Will be my party go-to place going forward!"
