"Visited Bob Evens today 2/24/24. I have always loved this place. But today was my last I will ever purchase another meal at BE's. Waited 30 minutes and was seated near the back surrounded by 5 dirty tables. Waited 20 minutes for our server to take our order. The food was served cold and on cold plates. Several people sitting near us complained and left due to cold food. My biggest complaint was being served eggs with the whites being uncooked. I was also served biscuits without butter. Never have I experienced such bad food and poor service. My wife and I had to wait 30+ minutes for our check due to other customers were complaining about their food being cold. Granted it's hard to recruit food service workers but I would highly recommend closing a potion of the area so that the staff can comfortably serve its customers. I may wait a year or so before I can come. Such a shame for BE's."

"went in to have lunch and saw there were many others there also to dine but it never sounded disappointingly loud. was able to find a few nutritious items to choose from on the menu. reasonable prices. quick friendly service"

"I will not be returning ever to this Bob Evans. I placed and online order and showed up when it was supposed to be ready. Well I'm typing this review still without food 45mins after my time staff helping to pack food is cross contaminating food left and right. He started packing fruit for my child bare handed. I questioned if it was for my order he said yes, I said we are not taking food that you are touching. He huffed and rolled eyes and said I did washy hands. Mind you I'm standing where I can see it all. He was running his hands in his hair from frustration and then going at food. Um I'm sorry absolutely not. I will be contacting my bank for a refund so I can go get my children food elsewhere after being here so long. Customers eating in have came in after me finished eating paid and left. I left a picture of the gentleman with the fruit container for those that think I'm crazy! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!"

"A heads up that you put a beverage inside our bag would have been nice. Nothing like your seat, jeans, socks, floorboard, and food containers all being soaked with chocolate milk. They also forgot all orders of sausage. To be fair, we should have checked the bag before we left. Regardless, I would steer clear of this location for takeout. Parking lot is also super dark without signs or anything being lit up, so be careful in the evenings."

"The table was very sticky, and the floor was a mess. The food was OK, not very fresh and the toast was terrible. I eat at a lot of different Bob Evan's, and the service here was terrible. It took my mother 25 minutes to get a coffee refill. What is so sad? This was a Monday afternoon they were not that busy. I could almost understand if it was a Saturday or Sunday. Also, if you are an employee of Bob Evans working there and are not happy. Do not have conversation's in the dining room about quitting and finding somewhere else to work because you hate your job."
