"My food was old & there was straight fine hair in my food. It can't be my hair since I have locs & my hair was curly. I only ate the fish & one shrimp until I seen the hair & tasted the super dried out shrimp. The rice looked old & dry. I was disappointed since I was very hungry."

"I went through the drive-thru and my food was dropped fresh! I had a 20 min drive ahead of me, socked my food in my cooler bag and it was still hot when I got home and fresh tasting. The gentleman at the window was courteous as well."
