"For the first time ever, CFA exhibited extremely slow service in the drive thru and actually got my order wrong. The food itself was good, it just wasn't what I ordered or paid for. I didn't bother to go back because it would have been another 12-15 minutes in rush hour traffic - Not worth it for a wrong sandwich. I'll just chalk this one up to everyone just having a bad day. I will, however, go to another equally distant store next time rather than this one."
"For some reason, our line moved really slow. Multiple cars in the other lane moved forward who arrived after us. No explanation or apology. Not sure we needed one, but it would have been nice. Then the drinks were wrong and the worker seemed irritated when we asked for correction. But the food was delicious. We'll still return"
"I gave good reviews, but actually was disappointed. The girl that took my order was exceptional. The girl that took my cash did just fine as well. The girl that brought the bag to my car was nice. However, once again, someone had put 3 sandwiches, 3 lg fries, a box of 12 nuggets and all the condiments in 1 bag. Fries at the top getting cold. Zero chance of closing the bag. She brought another bag to the car. This is not the first time this happened. No extra pickles in the bag. So I went in. Took 10 min and 3 people to get them. Just aggravated."
"Done with Kettering. We do not like much about the neighborhood, religious history, or politics.We drop by for a snack because we like TJs but today was awful. I understand that it's 2 days after Christmas but how hard is it to repeat our order back to us to make sure it's correct. ( Every CF does this excerpt Kettering). There is NO way we would order a mint shake mixed with coffee. Strike three was they charged us for a large when they gave us a small."
"Friendly staff with food about as decent as you expect. I'm not a huge fan of the driveway setup, but they are doing the best they can with the space they have. The crew has forgotten items from my order a few times now, but they have given me the items whenever i return with my receipt, so it's not too much of a hassle. Make sure you check your bag before you leave so you save yourself a trip. Very busy most of the time, but the staff is still great."
