"This McDonald’s typically is the average McDonald’s, nothing to rant about nothing to rave about. However, I just went through there about half an hour ago and got the best big Mac I have had in the history of McDonald’s lol. It was extremely fresh, it was hot. The cheese was melted not too much Mac sauce… Literally could not have been any better. For that I write you all five stars because no one today offers five star service at least in the last several years no matter where I have been since Covid everything has been awful. Thank you McDonald’s for stepping it up and I hope you keep it up!"
"we placed a mobile order tonight, only for an employee to tell us that his manager lost the order. (the employee was very kind!) we waited a half hour, no complaints on our end, we understand working in food service, but once we finally got our food, the fry containers were not even filled, we got none of the sauce we ordered for our 20 pieces, and the free item compensation coupon we received expired January 31st, 2024. not at all blaming the crew members, but this order shouldn’t have been allowed by a manager to go out this way update: after calling, i was given new, full fries, and my sauces!"
"I went through the drive-thru to order one of the new adult Happy meals. I got the Big Mac one and wasn't really paying attention too much because my mother was in the car talking to me. That's who I was wearing the food for. We paid we went up to the window and noticed that we just got a regular Big Mac meal. Which that's okay. But my mom complained about the Big Mac being small. Man they have gotten smaller. I'm not a Big Mac person so I don't buy them everyday. But beyond messing up our order it still was an okay experience. The staff was very polite and kind. My only gripe was to myself. I should have paid more attention to the price and that would have told me the order was wrong. I would still recommend this McDonald's to anybody."

"LOL we just went through the drive thru and i got a cheeseburger kids meal, AND THEY FORGOT THE BURGER. i think it’s absolutely hilarious, i’m not mad. but my mother is raging. i’m not sure how this happened but maybe be more careful because if it was literally anyone else, they’d be on sicko mode. accidents happen but god damn WHAT HAPPENED BACK THERE HAHAHA"
