"Instead of your manager having a power trip and saying NO very loudly to me after asking to upgrade my meal, maybe learn to say ‘hmm no sorry we cannot do that here’. Other Wendy’s managers don’t act like that. But what would you expect."
"I live down the street and this is the only Wendy's on my side of town and I like Wendy's. But this is the fifth time I have been there and received an order that wasn't made correctly. We called to inform them hey you're ppl aren't doing right I don't want a refund I just want you to fix ur ppl and they were rude and acted like there was nothing wrong and that we were in the wrong. Fix your people Wendy's. The pic is what my lettuce looked like after I took it off my burger that was supposed to have no mayo. Not to mention the other burgers that we're ordered with no mayo all were drowning in it. Train your employees for accuracy before speed please......I know how speed of service works....."

"Worst restaurant ever. Dry nuggets dry burger and dry fry’s. They asked if I wanted to bring back and said no. 5$ in the trash. Literally a 3 minute drive home who likes cold food!!"
