"DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! I had an appointment at 11 a.m. today. I walked in the shop at 10:55 a.m. to find two dogs left COMPLETELY UNATTENDED, a black poodle was wandering on the floor behind the counter and a bernadoodle TIED UP ON THE GROOMING TABLE! After almost 10 minutes, I tried calling the shop, but it went to voicemail. I had an uneasy feeling, but my dog really needs groomed so tried to ignore it and waited. It was not long after that, I heard a girl yelling at a dog in the back followed by multiple dog yelps! By then I heard and saw enough to know I would not be leaving my dog in such incapable hands. It wasn’t until I was in my car leaving that I saw the girl come out from the back to answer my second call at 11:13 a.m. That is now almost 20 minutes a poor dog was tied up on the grooming table and left unattended. And the yelling at someone’s dog and doing only God knows what to make the poor thing yelp like it did. I explained what I saw and heard only to be met with poor excuses and denials. Denials that the dogs were left that long… I was there and witnessed it first hand! Claims that she was “in the bathroom and will talk to the other worker.” Whoever the girl was in the back there needs to find another job because dog grooming is clearly not her thing! I am disgusted that anyone would treat someone else’s dog that way! Absolutely unacceptable!"
