"Honestly I think this is the second time we have ever ordered pizza from this location. The pizza was ok, it definitely wasn't the best. We tried this new Handmade Pan Pizza that I saw on the website. People please check your pizza before you leave the store. After we had eaten most of the pizza I only then realized what the box said. "2 layers of cheese" " toppings go all the way to the edge". Man what a skimpy pizza it was. Crust all the way around. Definitely not double cheese. The flavor was good it just didn't match what Domino's promised on the box."
"Was going to place an order here even though reviews weren't great. Ended up taking our business elsewhere due to very rude customer service and then a not very apologetic tune! Will not be going here staff in piqua were much friendlier and worth the extra drive!"
"Ordered yesterday 10/3 for my daughter's birthday. %50off why not. All of 4 pizzas were smashed to one half of the box. Looked like they got brake checked time and time again. I only live 10 minutes from the store. There wasn't one full slice that hadn't been smashed. Never again. I could see thus happening. But not 4 whole pizzas. They had to know they were being wreckless. The toppings couldn't be fixed. It was just done for."
"I ordered from here almost every weekend especially when my family is busy. I received this when I ordered. I called and asked to speak to manager and she was incredibly rude and interrupted me. She was very unprofessional and didn’t seem to really care. The manager, Jessica acted like this was my fault and hung up on me. If i were the franchise owner of this establishment, I would definitely want to know the entire story. I know it’s hard to find people but just hiring people like this, with no sense is not a good business move."
