"Decided to go inside, where there are currently 6 employees working, and place our order. A gentleman walked in after us, got his food before us, and we continued to wait for 15 minutes. Along with being that late, 3 of our food items for forgotten and 1 was just wrong. There are maybe 2 other customers in the building and the drive-thru was not super busy either… one woman was working hard of the 6… and you want to raise minimum wage? Okay…"
"Don't waste your money going here. Drive up a couple exits and go to the one in Anna instead. They always get your order wrong, forget stuff, and apparently charge more for menu items than other taco bells. I want to be clear if this was one time, I understand that's forgivable, but this has been consistently bad EVERY time I have gone here for the 7 years I have lived in Sidney. In summary, go to Anna taco bell not Sidney."
"My children and I ran through for some quick food (snacks) 9/28 around 8pm. We ordered 3 chips and cheese & 3 drinks. I ordered two strawberry cinnamon twists, they begged to try them. This was all we ordered. It was a weird burnt smell soon as i opener bag but non or them appeared burnt. My youngest and oldest tried the twists right away and said they’re okay, little weird after taste. I go to eat my chips and cheese and it didn’t taste right at all. My oldest says mom thee chips are disgusting what is that taste? Oh and they smell! So I take another small chip out and it’s the same. They tasted like everything was cooked in super old oil. I literally felt sick after, we couldn’t get the tastes out of our mouth. Go to do a drink, they’re flat! Taste just like soda water not Baja blast. Not impressed."
"I had to wait over 20 mins just for a person to ask me what I wanted. They was busy but people there was walking around looking at us and not asking if we needed anything. Then after we was asked after I already placed the oder online almost a 45 mins before hand was told they haven't gotten to our order and it would be another 20 min wait. And I asked the Manger what was going on she told me that's just the was it was. They need to talk to there staff and talk to the people about customer service"
