"We were seated promptly and had our delicious Smash burger within 10-15 minutes of sitting down. Service was great as well. Kim was super friendly and knowledgeable of the menu."
"Had a wonderful experience with my dad for lunch..Kim was our waitress and went over and above to make us smile and demonstrate the best service. From the time we took our seat to walking out the door she was on top of her game..Honestly she was the best waitress out of anywhere we ate in a couple years(as long as we can remember so maybe more then 2 yrs)..Our food was spot on delicious and couldn't complain about anything their in ur Sidney ohio store during our visit...Thanks again for a wonderful afternoon! Also Kim was very witty and sat down after pulling up a chair and we had a nice talk making us laugh..She even upsells well and we bought 2 kinds of pie,large Cole slaw as well as buddy buy to go .....She Literally ROCKED IT!!!!! "This place was a disgrace to the frisch's name. The food wasn't served as a meal as it was ordered. They just brought stuff at random. The food was unpleasant to put it mildly. After I tried to choke down the slop that was served, I went to use the restroom. Where I immediately did an about face when I saw some disgusting either blood or feces on the toilet seat. This place stunk. The carpet was way beyond filthy, And out dated. The staff... oh boy what a motley crew that was. Im scared from my experience at this particular frisch's big boy. I believe I'll pass up all frisch's big boys after this.. the evening after was terrible with major stomach pain and nausea. I fully regret my choice to revisit a good childhood memory at Huntington w.v frisch's big boy."
