"My husband had on MRI 9/24/23 at the Midtown, Cincinnati location. Our insurance declined payment so we paid out of pocket. We appealed the insurance and the following day they approved payment and did send payment to Proscan. We have spoken to Proscan multiple times with promises to refund our credit card or send us a check. Neither have happened to date."
"Rachel was my tech and she was great! I loved how down to earth and personal she was while still being efficient and professional. She was also an ace with the IV placement. And before my appointment, I appreciated all the help from the schedulers in getting the order from my doctor transferred over to their system.
