"Beverly and Paul the night time managers are very professional and helpful. I like shopping after 3pm at this location because the staff is very professional and value there jobs. I don't like going into the store before 3pm, the staff is very unprofessional and very unhelpful. Managers walk around with attitude and mean mugs. The store hours need to be updated online. If the store closes at 8pm then the doors should be locked at 8pm not 7:45pm."
"I went to the store at 7:43pm and the doors are locked. The employees are inside looking at me and laughing that I am outside asking why are the doors locked. The store closes at 8pm. They did not come to the window to address why the store is closed before the actual posted closing hours. Very immature employees and manager, who condoned this behavior. This is also very unprofessional of the retail store, to allow the doors to be locked prior to posted closing hours."
