"Usually my experience is positive. I ordered a part on 9-28-23 to be delivered by 430pm on 9-29-23. I was 15 min early but the part was 15 minutes late. Then apon inspection I noticed the part was damaged. I did not keep it. The clerk asks me if I want to reorder it. I agree. She informs me that it will arrive on that following Monday. That is unacceptable because of the time frame that I have to install the part which is why I paid extra to have it delivered by 430 the next day. She tells me it's after 5pm and that's the cutoff. But it wasn't after 5pm. It was 4:55pm. I noticed she was lying because the time on the card machine also read the time. So I requested my money back. It still took her 5 minutes to do that. I come to this place and don't mind paying a little extra because the customer service was above average. As long as she works there at that store I will go somewhere else."
"Every time I go into AutoZone on Salem and Salem bend it's always a pleasant experience all of the workers are helpful but I had to give kudos to the manager he is such a easy-going pleasant and always willing to try to help you get what you need thank you!"
"Don't try to return anything, they told me I couldn't due to it being already returned. Scam. I contacted to leave complaint, they called me while I was working and left a message I called back and I haven't heard anything since."
"I went to the Trotwood store at app:1:00pm to get a air filter the door was locked & 1 employee was at the register,I knocked on the door he finally opened and stated he was the only one working.I was able to purchase the filter & used my credit card that I have had for 28 yrs,never had a unauthorized purchase to dispute,the same day my card was used by someone using Pay Pal to purchase wigs,10 days later another purchased for more wigs same place using Pay Pal,had to cancel card & get new #,8/15/2022 was date of purchased, be aware if you used a credit card at this store."
