"People always ask how your doing but the pricing is off on lot items some way off and there always stuff not put on shelves its not workers fault its cause they don't hire enough help but I still go there cause close to me and prices on most stuff are better than krogers"
"My visit was absolutely the worst! Store disorganized. Clutter everywhere. There was a Clearance sale going. I picked from the clearance area. I went to check out not one thing rung up on sale. The Manager was not helpful. She wanted to argue with me about the items I picked up on the clearance area. I walked out and left everything!"
"My wife and I went in to grab a couple items and the cashier was extremely rude to us. He didn’t even say hello or ask how we were doing he just asked how we were paying and said we had to have exact change since we were paying with cash. I said I don’t have exact change and I don’t have money on my card. He rolled his eyes and shrugged his shoulders as if he didn’t care at all. Luckily he asked how much we had and we were only a few cents off so he let us pay with what we had. Then he didn’t say have a nice day or anything. Makes me sick, especially since I love dollar general. Terrible experience!"
"My experiences with the these stores have not been the best in good while. The people are talking to much and too loud. One store which is so convenient cause it's close to where I live. They were talking about one of the people that work there. Very unprofessional while customers were in there shopping. And the language we won't talk about that. Whether they like one another or not has nothing to do with business. I know everyone don't always mingle well, but it is not something to be seen or heard during business hours. It's a shame you never see the same people for any length of time. Please have another training class on why they are there and how to conduct themselves accordingly. Over all this is one of my favorite stores."
"You can't move in this store. I would love to say I'm exaggerating but it's just the honest truth. There's nothing on most of the shelves because they're still in the boxes in the middle of the aisle. What makes it worse is this is basically a brand new store. It can't be more than 3 years old. There was a short time, I believe they had a new manager, when it was perfect. The employees are generally nice which is the only reason it wasn't 1 star."
