"Tech opened the door 10 minutes late. She had a bad attitude and was very unfriendly. Asked me what test i was there for. I said I don't know, they sent the information to you. She said 'registration #. I looked at I said this email doesn't have that. Do you mean reference # She got exasperated with me and said it starts with 49. I said OK, then that would be the reference #, and I couldn't find it because YOU had me looking for registration number. It was obvious to me and everybody in earshot that she didn't want to be there. If you were wise you would either fire her or give her a non- customer facing position."
"Area was clean, but worker Hope was rushing me to finish drug test while I was still using the restroom. I couldn't even completely empty my bladder. That was super annoying, next time, they should say the time limit is like 30 seconds to pee and get yourself together. Ridiculous."
"This is the fastest, cleanest, most efficiently run testing center I have ever been to, and I've been to many. I went at ten o'clock on a Wednesday and I was in and out in six minutes. Wow!"
"Very smooth process. I really like the check in process using a touch screen pad. You place your ID in the touchscreen holder and it scans it. You also do the same with the front and backside of your insurance card. I appreciated them having hand sanitizer there, which I used after touching the touchscreen. I then sat down and only waited 10 minutes before I was called up to the window. I handed the phlebotomist my paperwork for the lab draw. I also had to pay my portion of the visit at that time. I was then immediately taken back to have the lab drawn. The phlebotomist was a sweet young lady and did a great job with my blood draw. Thank you!"
