"Pretty slow on the service. I know my wings had been sitting up there getting cold.. well.. because they were Cold. Waitress was polite enough but not proficient and lost out on tip money because she took it upon herself to keep the change amount and returned only the bills owed for change on a cash payment. If it had been me and not my girlfriend leaving tip she would have only gotten the $.44 she STOLE. I don't care how you spin it.. that is theft. Managers should be advised of this practice. It is wrong and I won't be back to this particular branch again"
"The sign said 5 bonus dollars for every 25 spent. AFTER I spent 100$ on gift cards you decided this was a "while supplies last" offer. What supply did you run out of??? Five dollar bills??? I had change on me! Honor your promotions or take your sign down. I won't be back!!!!!"
"Stopped in for supper. Ordered an appetizer. Burgers and sides. Everything came out quickly. Our server was fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. Great experience. We enjoyed our visit!!"
