"I enjoyed the visit this time, food was good, hot and tasted great. Waitress was wonderful, friendly and had a great smile. I will be returning again and alot sooner then 5 years."
"We waited 45 minutes to be seated while there were 12 empty tables on just one side. Many more on other side. Was told the cook line was backed up. Waiter was nice, however every employee was moving at the speed of snail. Many people walked out and still no one was being seated. At one time there were 15 people waiting. And we were just being ignored."
"My husband and I stopped in on Sunday to have a quick, early supper since the parking lot was almost empty. When we went in, there were 3 people waiting to be seated and only a few tables had people already sitting. We ended up having to wait 30 minutes to be seated. By this time the lobby had filled up and people had to stand while waiting. There were plenty of tables for us to be seated and no reason for everyone to have to stand for at least 30 minutes, some longer. I would be surprised if I'm the only complaint. We could all clearly see how many empty tables were there. No one apogized for our wait or offered an explanation. They were not busy. Once we got our food, my husbands omelet was not cooked thoroughly and he couldn't eat it.This isn't the first bad experience at this location but it will be our last. We will not go again and neither will our families. This has quickly become the worst one we have been to. We had also planned to have Thanksgiving there this year but have decided with the rest of the family to all meet at Cracker Barrel instead. However, our waitress was wonderful."
"Had a little longer to wait to get a seat to eat. Did see a few empty tables. However, I believe it had to do with staff and not enough to take care of the customers waiting. I get it, and the food was great and came to the table in a timely manner. Waitress was great and did everything just right. I will be back soon ."
