"This was my first time patronizing this establishment and it will also be my last time. For my client, I ordered a Biggie Bag meal with a Double Stack sandwich, 4 piece spicy nuggets, small french fries, a small Coke in addition to a second Double Stack sandwich. I ordered a Biggie Bag meal with a very well done Jr. cheeseburger with added extra onion, 4 piece spicy nuggets, I asked to substitute a baked potato for the french fries, and a small Coke. The food I received cold, old, and disgusting. My client's meat on his sandwiches was burnt to a crisp, the spicy nuggets were soggy, and the French fries were salted worse than McDonald's salt their french fries. My sandwich was barely cooked, had a piece of lettuce a rabbit wouldn't eat, a dinky tomato sliver, and absolutely NO onion. My spicy nuggets were the same as my client's and my baked potato had to be cooked thoroughly in the microwave once I returned to my client's apartment. 0/10"
"Ouch. Went and got two bacon double cheeseburgers, an order of baconator fries, and a cheeseburger for my daughter, all was cold. Sat for a good 20 minutes, 5-10 before I was told I had to pull forward due to wait on the fries. No problem, sat another 10, just to come home to my sandwiches cold and no bacon on either. I don't live all but 5 minutes away from location. Wife's baconator fries were horrible, cheese wasn't melted what so ever. She's pregnant, and wasn't a happy camper. Will not go back."
"Went through the drive thru at 10:20pm on a Saturday night. The man taking orders was super nice. There were no lights on the menu board (he said they weren't working), so it was hard to see but he offered to bring his phone light out to shine on it. I declined. That was over & above good customer service! Food was pretty good too."
"I ordered a Dave's Double large combo with a Strawberry Sprite, and what I got was a Dave's Single, a large Coke, and fries that look like they came from the bottom of the deep fryer. Will not be returning there for a good while."
