"Best Taco Bell in the area! I drive 27 minutes from Mayfield, just to visit this Taco Bell. It’s top shelf. Yes…Mayfield has a Taco Bell. It’s ghetto trash with terrible service and they never have inventory of what you want to order. This Taco Bell in Chardon is clean, friendly, and prompt. Everything is delivered hot, fresh, and more importantly…correct! You actually get what you ordered."

"The manger was very very rude. I order my food to go a there was no napkins forks or sauce in there. I should be able to leave knowing I have everything I need to enjoy my food in my bag. Worse tacobell ever. Also super hot in the restaurant. Tables dirty and sticky. No one greets you when u walk in"

"Worst location I’ve ever been to, my girlfriend ordered (2) nacho Doritos locos tacos, were completely empty, $13 for 2 tacos with all tortilla, dressing and lettuce, called back up there and talked to the manager, told us that’s how they’re supposed to be made and if she ever got more from any other restaurant they’re overserving, then proceeded to hang up on her. So I called back and talked to another manager (apparently there was 3 managers working in the middle of a Sunday with no one in the restaurant), they proceeded to tell me the same, didn’t even offer to look at that food as proof it was done wrong, would give them zero stars if I could"
