"Love the food, employees are very friendly but I always have to wait for call in orders. Last time I called in order to be picked up at 5:30. I arrived at 5:30 and waited 20 minutes. But like I said good is great and employees are friendly."

"Food is great. Just don’t expect them to correct their mistakes. Take out order had a different sub than what was ordered and was told nothing they can do because it was read back over the phone “cause it’s so confusing”.. I guess, but am fairly certain I did not hear Master Sub read back but rather Italian sausage no onion. Kinda wish I hadn’t left about $6.00 takeout tip for a $35 order they couldn’t get right (Which was about the cost of their mistake in the first place) Lesson learned"
"Very disappointing, I used to come here with my grandmother and it was her favorite spot. The size of the large has shrunk but the price hasn't meanwhile the quality has seemingly plummeted. I always got the seafood pizza and enjoyed the taste of the shrimp, crab, ranch, and cheese together but this time all I tasted was cheese and no ranch. Grandmother ordered an antipasta salad and received lettuce covered in shredded provolone with chopped ham and some chickpeas. Sad to see this place fall so low and I dont believe we will be coming back after this disappointment."
"My favorite pizza in Lake County! I grew up eating Master Pizza and have always enjoyed it. In our latest stop we ordered (1) small sausage & mushroom, pepperoni & tomatoes, pepperoni, jalapenos & mushroom all with extra cheese. Our super friendly server had a little mix up and brought out a jalapeno & mudhroom instead of the sausage. She made it right - put it in a to go box for us and brought out the right one (didn't charge us for either). Excellent pizza & great service can be expected!"
