"i have been trying to get a refund for days now because nowhere have they updated their hours saying they close at 9pm at some days so i placed an online order from the app that automatically charged my card. i never received any food and i’ve called five times now just to receive no refund or any attempt to actually fix the issue. do not recommend."
"Can’t believe how disappointed I am. Pizza was overcooked and paid for extra cheese and clearly didn’t get it. I made the mistake of paying and then looked at my pizza. The manager said she made it and it was right. I told her clearly it wasn’t and then went and hid in the back. I asked for a refund and was told I couldn’t have one. I would have to call in tomorrow. Absolutely ridiculous!"
"I use to go to this little ceasars all the time but I havnt been there in 4 years, but I decided to try them one more time on Friday.I walked in and the first thing I noticed was a musty smell, not pleasent, the interior is drabby n not appealing, the pizza was a simple one I ordered n it tasted like the sauce wasn’t even cooked, I ended up throwing the pizza out after 2 peices this is not the Lil Ceasars I remember,, they get 1star across the board for me !"
"Little Caesar’s is cheap for a reason, I’ve gone in 3 times asking for extra butter and cheese on my bread sticks. When I get home I see that they did not do as I requested. I asked the person last time if they indeed put extra cheese and he said yes. So that was a lie. They just want you to leave as soon as possible. The kids in the back were cussing and talking about things that should never be talked about in a work place where women and children can hear from the lobby!!"
"Pizza tasted gooey , I removed the cheese to reveal it was barley cooked!! Got 3 different pizzas and none of them were cooked. I wouldn’t recommend this little Cesars this isn’t the first problem I had but it will be the last. Not throwing away $40 again."
