"I’m not a fan of bad reviews but I had an experience of ordering online food from here and there being hair in my food. I was very disappointed because not only is it a safety/health issue it is also a management or head chef problem. This means food isn’t properly checked on and the staff isn’t properly preparing food. I am going to have to put this place on my no go list for a while because of this problem."
"As a doordasher- this place is extremely inconvenient. I get orders here multiple times a week and every single time, it is never ready. The employees ignore that I am standing there, and I always have to get their attention even though we repeatedly make eye contact. After that, I always have to wait 10-20 minutes to pick up the order- even when they aren’t busy. I am trying to do my job and make money just as much as you are. It would be nice if the employees could acknowledge me and actually have an order ready when I show up. Due to this horrible experience from this restaurant, my orders are always picked up late which causes me to get bad reviews through DoorDash. Do better."
"Waited over an hour for my food only for the order to be wrong. When I got home and noticed I called and was told they would remake it but I'd have to wait another hour. Was told the manager would call me back because of my complaint and was never contacted again. Will not be back, it's a waste of time and money."
"My big brother passed out at the front door and the kind lady's at the door showed great hospitality to the both of us and made us feel like we were home. I would really like for all of them to know that we appreciated everyone and thanks for all your hospitality."
