"Decent food but they took out the beverage station so no free refills ? Also like making my own drink ( sprite and coke ) so that was an inconvenience. I'm sure it's done for theft or it broke down and the owner did not want to replace it"
"Has food like any other McDonald's. Has young employees like most McDonald's. Most of the time they put someone on the drive thru that's socially inept sometimes not. Make sure you know what your ordering before pulling up to the drive‐thru speaker. Dont ask questions they get overwhelmed. Overall it's an average mcyDs."
"The Tiffin store. The prices are to high, the service is extremely slow, and the food is just ok. There pricing use to be cheaper than others, but have become higher than others in the area. The service is very poor. The cashiers are not friendly, and on average, it takes over 10 minutes to get an order. Often my order is not right. Always check your order from here. Watching employees laughing and fooling around, when you have been waiting for over 10 minutes, is unexcusable. Sorry for the wait, has become the norm here, and without emotion. The lobby floor is extremely slippery. I slipped and fell. Several employees seen me fall, and not one, ask if i was ok. I called the manager after getting home, he looked it up on video, and gave nothing, other than a phone number to call, to file a claim. Very poor service and quallity Tiffin McDonalds!"
"I’m waiting 10+ minutes every trip. The fries are always cold so I ask for them fresh and they will still be cold. It’s pure laziness. The employees always have some kind of attitude and it’s just never ending bad service here lately. I get it we all are entitled to a bad day but everyday?"
