"Not a whole lot can be said about Bob Evans is been a family staple for a long time the restaurant was clean the people in there were friendly the food was good it's what you would expect for a Bob Evans anywhere else I was pleased that it was not overly busy as I drove approximately 1 hour to be there to meet my brother and at no time that I felt pressured to get up and leave so they could clean the table thank you Bob Evans"
"I'd give no stars of I could. We ordered online for pick up and the restaurant gave our food away to someone else. Took them 40 minutes to figure out they gave our food away and told us it would be an hour longer to make the order. Said they were too busy. They didn't have the ability to give us a refund at the time, said the manager would have to call us. Manager sent two young kids out to the car, didn't even feel the need to apologize in person. Worst customer service ever."
"I couldn’t be more pleased by the high quality of food at this Bob Evans. Everything tasted great. The blueberry’s blended perfectly with the bananas on the pancakes, and the syrup and butter brought everything together to form a party in my mouth. The only quarry I have is the length I had to wait the food and my server disappeared once she dropped off the food. Overall, I had a great experience and I would recommend Bob Evans to everyone that enjoys quality breakfasts."
"They were very busy at 1 pm but our party of four was seated right away. A table even though I'd prefer the comfort of a booth. It worked out okay, though. We had just enough room for our order. Food was the same quality as we'd gotten years ago before staffing issues hit the area. Our waitress was prompt getting our drink orders, attentive yet patient, as we figured out our food order. We were hungry, so it was appreciated when the simple food we ordered arrived in a timely manner. The waitress checked in regularly to make sure everything tasted good and if we needed anything. All together a pleasant experience like we used to enjoy at Bob Evans. I hope it stays that way for our next visit."
