"Daughters ordered online and when stopped in drive thru to pick up they said it was already picked up. Manager would not even look at the phone for receipt. Were told they already picked it up and refused to do anything about it. These idiots want $20 an hour, but can't even perform minimal duties. NEVER GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!! Store and employees are a joke!"
"I won't write a bad review this is just a suggestion. Ordering off their app is not good! I've ordered twice now with a big order and then would head to this location about 15 to 20 minutes later and nothing was prepared. I had to give them the code and then wait while they prepare it. I was ordering to take this to work for my co-workers ahead of time so I could get to work on time. Unfortunately, I was late because the crew had no clue of my order until I walked in and gave them the code on my App. It's not the crew's fault, it's whoever is in charge of the App. Suggestion, put a time preference and fix the App so the crew can see it to prepare it while the customer is on the way."
"Pros. My burger was incredibly hot. Very rare for me to have a burger that hot from McDonald's. Frozen coke was great. Great customer service. Cons. Burnt chicken nuggets. Burnt fires, no salt. Gross. Just gross. Who wants the fires to have zero salt. Blah! Wife's burger had way to much mustard. It's a McDonald's, they are hit or miss."
