"My water always tastes like fruit flavoring and is tinted red from their automatic drink machine, and a worker told me that they can’t do anything about it when I know 100% they can. I just want regular water lmao. I feel like that’s a pretty basic thing to have at a restaurant."
"It has been a long time since i have had Taco Bell. It was 1am and I needed something to eat. The staff was friendly and helpful. The young lady who was working the window and taking my order was extremely polite and the manager was very helpful and polite because there was a hiccup with the order that was not because of them. Late night shift really had some of the best customer service I've seen in a long time. Will be back when I'm in town."

"This is a newer Taco Bell and one of the better maintained locations. No where is it posted that it is drive thru only after 10pm. (Neither website, nor doors with "operating hours" posted. I arrived at 10.05pm. Bad luck. So I used the app to order (It's super easy and better for customizations), then got in the drive thru lane. It was very efficient from that point, but I had another 10 minute drive to final destination before I could it. As always, the food was good!"
