"I love Marco’s, but this particular one is never good. There’s always too much cheese, and never enough sauce, so I decided to get light cheese. This is what my pizza looks like as a result. I didn’t know light cheese means three little sprinkles, meanwhile if I get regular cheese I’m choking on how much they put on."
"Picked up our pizza at the drive through, and they even had a treat for my copilot/dog. We always have great service and food."
"Went to pick up food. Pulled in drive through was told 5-10 more minutes and to pull around. When I came back around it had been 10 minutes. The manager Ryan said he would go get my food and left me at the window for 30 minutes. When I finally got my food it was luke warm at best. Nate went to get the manager and it turned out to be the man Ryan that left me sitting at the window 30 minutes prior. When we tried to explain the situation pf my food not even being warm and waiting he said he won't be spoken to that way and shut the window. The customer service is terrible. I've been told my order will be refunded but it never was. The app is also completely wrong because the promised time is never close to when you get your food."
"We’ve been ordering from here for 4 years and it’s always been our go to. Never had any issues. But the the last 2-3 months have been consistently bad experiences. Every order has taken over 45 minutes, 3 times have taken over an hour to arrive. Extra sauces are consistently forgotten. Pizza is old when it gets here. Prices have gone up. New website is awful. After many chances this is the last time we’re ordering from here"
"Honestly it’s just gotten extremely expensive quickly. 5 dollars for delivery then a tip. 20 for a specialty is crazy for a Marcos specialty. You can get a lot better for just a little bit more now with these new prices. Also the new app and website are terrible. I spent 45 minutes trying to order how I usually do and once I finally got an order to get to the end I noticed how much more expensive it is now. Craziness! They just went up not to long ago. Inflation has settled. It’s average chain pizza you guys sell. Nothing better then that. I wouldn’t even post if it wasn’t such a terrible experience trying to order the the shock at the price and now it’s 7:30."
