McDonald's

"Actually, I give this one two stars but 2, 3 and 4 star reviews are like voting for the independent; nobody cares. This gem of a review would be lost to the annals of history if I were a more unscrupulous individual and buckled to the pressure of the lesser desired stars. What keeps McDonald's from achieving the ever coveted 3 star review (that's not a grade they like to give out) is the lack of assurance that you aren't eating a human body part. I mean, people go missing every day. Were you watching McDonald when it happened?"

"This early morning, I went through the drivethru. The man was professional and pleasant. I got to the pay window as the line was moving quickly. The gal with all the pay/pick up window was fast, but not friendly. She blurted my amount, took my money, handed me my drink, and then my food. I didn't think much about her non greeting. I pulled away, realizing she had forgotten the milk in my order. Ok, I turned around, I wasn't mad, I pulled back to the window the man again was pleasant. I got to the window, no apology, same gal, she shoves my milk out, shutting her door she tell the guy "SHE GOT HER MILK". No, I didn't get my milk, and to say it loud enough so I could hear was disrespectful. I hope the store owner sees this. I want them to know I will not be coming to this location ever again. I am not going to be accused of being a thief over a half pint of milk."

"Im their haste to meet the corporate drive through clock they had us pull forward and handed us our order after a few minutes... ...well 1/3 of our order... We had to go back inside to get the rest of it and we're met with attitude."

"I come here to my neighborhood Mcdonlds . Always busy and I’m always understanding. The staff are fast and nice. BUT TODAY has me shaking. I ordered a cup of ice with my meals.. remind you I DID ORDER IT AT THE SPEAKER BEFORE PAYING.. And ANGEL is her name (ironic) tells me I didn’t order it so I have to go back in line.. I tell her I did order it with my meals.. And she cuts me off , doesn’t let me talk. Tells me I DIDNT order it. Saying “you’re not allowed to order anything here!” And I replied “maam I’m not trying to order anything I’m trying to get what I ordered” .. And she proceeds to be the rudest person ever. I don’t like confrontation in a public place, but she was yelling and cursing at me. So I just pulled up because she said “you know what we will run you the cup of ice so just pull up” and using hand gestures in a angry way telling me to pull forward, .. all this could have been solved by just giving me a cup of ice ? So I pulled up. Waited forever 10 min... So I go inside . And get my ice. Ask for her name. And to add a cherry on top she tells her coworker to give me a small cup of ice (she was supposed to give me) with no lid when I already walked inside for one. So I asked for her name. ANGEL . Is her name. . Rudest person. Please have her work in the back not with people."

"I cannot even believe the experience I had here tonight. I come through this McDonald’s often after long doubles at work and it’s usually just fine. Whoever was working the drive thru tonight was so rude to me from the second our interaction started that I literally left in the middle of ordering and went to the other Perrysburg McDonald’s instead. I haven’t had such a bad customer service experience in my entire life I’m truly shocked and disappointed. Whoever is taking orders for the drive thru there tonight seriously needs a reality check."
