"Since adopting the use of the Chick-fil-A app and a couple of hiccups in service early on after COVID lock downs our local store has really got in the game. Service is excellent, the food has always been to an acceptable high standard. There is one major flaw with the app and that is if you have a chore to do and you drive close by their restaurants your order could be prepared and waiting well before you are ready to pick it up. This happened once, so now I place my order once the chores are done and I am ready to pick up."
"Chick-fil-A customer service is unmatched. I went through the drive-thru on December 11, 2023, at 10:58 am. I parked at Kohl’s to eat in my car. The Chick-fil-A employee RAN to the Kohl’s parking lot to give me my card. I didn’t get her name, but she deserves a raise."
"The line moved quickly and efficiently, everyone seemed in good spirits and was polite. The food was exactly how it should be but what made it exceptional is the young man’s noticed my dog in the car and said can he have a pup cup? I was so excited, my dog loves pup cups but I never know that was something I could request for him!"
"Wanted to give a huge thank you to this Chick-fil-A team for going above and beyond for my mother. She is a bus driver and we had stopped there for breakfast on 11/30 for a field trip. Management had written a thank you note along with a gift card and a cookie. This was my mom's first time at Chick-fil-A and she was blown away by the kindness. Thank you again for showing your support to bus drivers."
