IHOP

"IHOP is stepping their game up and I think might have an edge on Bob Evens since the last time I went. Food was good and reasonbly priced. The service was really good and the folks were frendily. It's a cookie cutter franchise and experience will vary depending on your neck of the woods. In mine, I think these guys might be the breakfast champs!"

"Great food and service, the young man taking care of us did an outstanding job! I forgot to get his name, but he was the only one working. We actually thought you were closed but seen the open sign, so we decided to stop and so glad we did!!"

"Please visit any other IHOP location. I have never in my life been so offended as I was with our visit. My husband and I take our kids every year Black Friday shopping and end our morning with IHOP breakfast. Our family ate breakfast and when we are all done, we got up to leave. My husband took some of our kids out to the car while I stood in line with our baby to PAY. Our waitress and a manager ran past me and my baby (in line to pay) and ran after my husband. She accused him of not paying and telling him he had to go back in and pay for his meal. He told her the first time, my wife is in there paying. She continued to say that he need to stop and go inside and pay. If he didn’t, she would call the police. My husband again said, my wife is in there paying. This whole conversation went on in front my kids and other people in the parking lot. My oldest is only 8. The manager and the waitress came back in realized I was standing there (I was finishing paying) and the only comment was “I think I made your husband mad”. There was NO apology by our waitress or the manager. They both walked by and went in the back. I called the corporate office they redirected me to the store owner/manager. I talked to her about what happened. The only thing that I asked for was the manager to write an apology letter. I didn’t ask for my meal to be reimbursed. I felt that a letter would be better to show my kids that people do make mistakes. But several weeks later no apology letter has been received. We will never be back to this location."

"Food was terrible. No seasoning. Hash brown not cook. I got the big steak omelet. More uncook potatoes than anything. They charged 2.89 for one flour tortilla. It was hard. Couldn't eat. Food waa terrible. The service was excellent. I did tip waitress real well. Very grateful. And nice."

"Came in on a Sunday for breakfast with my daughter. Christopher was our server. He was really nice. We were seated at a table under an area where the ceiling panel was missing. It's gross to serve food under that. Such an easy and affordable fix. Our drinking glasses were dirty (not just water spots). I asked for clean glasses. He then brought our drinks to us in another dirty glass. Asked again for it to be replaced. 3rd time was a charm... I asked for cheddar on the omelet, the order came out with American. It doesn't even look good in the picture lol. Overall, the food was underwhelming. The little one didn't mind it, but I don't see myself going back."
