"The food was amazing! Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. My husband had the rack of ribs, with macaroni and cheese and roasted corn. And I had the Smokehouse burger which has bacon and brisket on it. It’s the best meal I’ve eaten out in quite some time. We got the Jalapeño cheese curds for a starter, which came with a side of their homemade ranch and they are insanely good!! We will definitely be going back!"

"Stopped in for dinner. We quickly got a seat and waitress came and got drink orders. We looked over menu and ordered when she returned with drinks. We ordered an appetizer and meal. And the food came out with good timing and we had a nice gap to enjoy the pretzel bites. We had a few different orders and all was very good. They have a nice selection of food and drinks. I liked the beer options including some local and regional like Narrangansett. We had a good visit and look forward to returning. Also just to mention... cool repurposing of a keg in the bathroom. That was a nice touch. And yes the bathroom was clean!"

"I got the Brisket Platter and a sweet tea. My bill came out to $18 even before tip. I really enjoyed the Carolina BBQ sauce they had, but the brisket itself was pretty dry. The baked beans and Mac and cheese were very good and would recommend those as side dishes."

"This barbecue joint has been plaguing me with their delicious smells and immaculately clean kitchen for the past several months. It seemed like I always had just eaten lunch when I have to go in there for work so I made a mental note last time to arrive hungry at next. I did today and it is now my favorite barbecue place. I ordered a platter with ribs, brisket, beans, mac n cheese, and corn bread. The meat was the perfect middle between fall off the bone while retaining bite. I have not had better smoked ribs anywhere. The beans were beans and the mac was mac. No gimmicks and I appreciate that. The cheese sauce was a little broken but the taste was great. It was obvious that everything was homemade. Portions are reasonable but still feel generous. The staff is attentive and friendly. I live nearly two hours away and I plan on spending a day in Kenton sometime soon just to have an excuse to bring my wife here."

"As appetizing as everything looked I truly hate to say this about a local restaurant but as a huge foodie I went in with the highest expectations and left highly disappointed. Ribs, pulled pork, pulled chicken, beef brisket were all so dry it was almost unbearable even after drowning it in their BBQ sauce. The seasonings used in the rubs were so salty and definitely not a good flavor for the palette. This was a first and a last for us but hey if you're looking for a good cornbread that was a hit"
