"The salesman was great. Made the test drive process easy. The formal signing of papers was quick and easy. I had brake problems only 1 week after ownership. Email to the salesman as one wouldn't think of having issues one week into ownership with no response. I went back in personally and the serviceman took it for a short ride stating it was likely the brake pads and maybe rock salt got behind it. He said I'd have to schedule service to have it taken care of because it couldn't be done that day. Understandable, but no follow up otherwise. I took it elsewhere and found the front left brake medial brake pad was seized to the medial side of the rotor and the lateral pad was loose in the caliper bracket. I've since had replaced all 4 sets of brake pads elsewhere."

"Drove almost 4 hours to pick up the vehicle and didn’t feel like I was wanted there after already paying the vehicle off before taking it home. Usually salespeople are cordial, don’t feel that way about this place. They’ve already got my money and it’s water under the bridge now. Hopefully someone else has a better experience."

"I bought a used vehicle from the dealership, I was told that the vehicle passes inspection when I tried to get the vehicle inspected it would not pass because of wear on the rear tires that were initially up front and had a toe issue and were moved to the back of the vehicle and now have bald spots on the outside of the tire. The dealership would not make good on the issue and told me that it can have bald spots on the outside of the tire per Ohio law. The manager I spoke to had a bad attitude right from the beginning and then when he called me back He said he talked to the tech that looked at the tires and said they pass."
