"Fir the most part most if the employees are kind and helpful. Last week I called in a Prescription for pen needles for my insulin.i had 0 refills so Kroger had to call my Dr to approve the prescription. After 3 days of no call back from Kroger I was in the store getting a few things and was expecting to pickup my needles but they told my they never heard back from my doctor.come to find out according to my Dr office they never received the call.whos lieing? Today is Tuesday now 6 days from calling in my prescription request and still no answer from Kroger. I did call my doctor Monday and they told me Kroger never called and that they would call in my prescription. It's Tuesday morning and still no call from Kroger and have you tried to use the automated system it doesn't give you the option of checking on previous called in prescription. I'm 3 days with no insulin and still no word from Kroger"

"I love this pharmacy! The staff is so kind and personable. I can manage my refills online or on the Kroger app and it is so convenient. Plus I get a text alert when my refills are ready for pickup! If there is a wait it's bc they are an exceptional pharmacy and therefore have an influx of patrons. However I've never had to wait longer than 20 minutes. And I can shop or browse while I wait. There are no rude staff members here; of course the golden rule applies - treat others how you'd like to be treated. For the service they provide, Kroger pharmacy is spot on and will remain my top choice when managing and filling my prescriptions."

"Never had any bad experiences other than coming at the wrong time when there was a long line. The staff always seemed to be cheerful and helpful, even when things were clearly a little crazy for them back there. They've never screwed up my medications and one on their staff - 'Michael' - helped straighten out a renewal issue over the phone, was super helpful and answered all of my questions. I've been going here for years and have never had any of the issues other reviewers are describing."
