"Check you have all of your food! Then check again literally 75% of the time you are missing an item. As far as quality of food, it's a McDonald's, but for a McDonald's it's meh at best"

"It's not a good one to eat at. I recently ordered and its not the same without the old general manager. I miss her dearly. She always knew how to handle the place better. I got sick from eating a double cheeseburger from here because it wasn't cooked all the way. I never get meat from this place I never trust it. Also the p4lroces have gone up too much, I miss the cheaper options"

"Was going here to eat breakfast for a jv football game. Boy was we wrong about eating here. Let's just start off by saying we used the kiosk to order some of the food. I filled out a survey online to get a breakfast sandwich free with the purchase of one. We sat there for 20 minutes waiting on our food and watching people come in and go with there orders. A worker came up to use and told us it will be a few more minutes because the biscuits are cooking right. I mean how hard are they to cook??? Then 6 more minutes go by and she comes back and asks if we would like to get the muffins instead for the same price. I don't know but am I missing something because the muffins are cheaper than the biscuit so I guess that they should be free. They didn't offer to give us the money back for the difference between them. I told the lady "no thank you, could I just get my money back and the coupon so I can go to another place and use it?" She said we don't give you the money back and you can not have the coupon because you used it. I argued with the manager because if you don't have what I paid for then I should get the money back. After 10 more minutes she gave me back part of my money. I definitely would never go back to this place. The manager was rude and since when do you argue with a customer about giving money back when you no longer have the item? Just beware about good reviews as I was told by one of the associates that they have family of workers and friends who fill out good reviews for this establishment...."

"I rarley eat at McDonald’s, however when I do I onstantly have issues with this location. Service is poor and this is what they give you for a large fry."

"This location really has bright back my faith in fast food service. Their customer service in MY experience has been nothing but excellent. My food is always correct and fresh. Today. I don’t know who she was but she told me the machine was down and offered to make this self made up recipe for my shamrock She gave me mocha frappe with shamrock in it. Extra whipped cream and heavy chocolate syrup. Total win for the day. Thank you so much!!"
