"Unfortunately it was a bad experience. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt since it looked like they had new people maybe learning, but after having to wait pretty much 30 minutes for a to go order from inside and it wasn't crowded at all......yes, I'm disappointed!"
"Rudest associate I have ever dealt with 1. Pulled in to drive thru ordered and she said the total. That was it. No, thank you. No, pull forward, just the total. 2. Told us we could not use the app because "the internet was acting up" 3. Pulled up, paid, took the receipt, sat there for 10 minutes. 4. She slides the window open and snips "you done". We had not received anything from her besides change and a receipt. We told her no, we don't have any of the order. I told my husband to show her the receipt. So she looked at it (why did she have to look at it? There was literally NO ONE ELSE THERE!) She then tosses the bag (that was sitting right there) at my husband and goes "THERE". I was appalled by the terrible attitude and even worse customer service. I won't be returning. Wendy's has better service."
