Fricker's Lima

"Tonight we tried this new location of Frickers. They were not busy at all. Most people were at the bar. The wait was insane. We were there for 1-1/2 hours. Most of that was waiting. It took at least 15 minutes just for the waitress to ask for our drink order. Then another 15 before she took our actual order. It took another 30 minutes if not longer for the meal to finally arrive. My husband ordered the sirloin steak with chicken chunks. He ordered the steak medium rare. It came well done, almost burnt. I wish I would’ve taken a photo. As I drove away, I could see three female workers off in the corner, dancing to the music and chatting with each other. They looked like they were having a great time. We did not. We will never go back. If the service remains the same, they might not stay open."

"We came in later in the evening, place was not busy. When the waitress, Kenzie, brought our drinks, our little one spilled the drink, she helped us clean it up, she was great throughout the evening. The concern was the wait time after we ordered. It took an hour for us to get our food."

"Awsome food, amazing service. There were so many screens with sports I couldn't decide what to watch. The staff is super friendly, I'd you ask for it they got it handled. Love it. The bartender did an amazing job with drinking and guiding us to what we liked for options."

"Place was not busy and sat at the bar. Got a beer. When I went to order food was told kitchen is not doing good and food is an hour behind. So order appetizer of fried cheese. Took about 10-15 min and came out cold under cooked. I understand good help is hard to find but there were entire sections open. No hostess. Going to be hard to get me to come back. Paid for my beer and left."

"Food: The shrimp with the steak meal was the only good part, really. Food was 'so-so'. The steak wasn't cooked evenly; I asked for a medium rare and some parts were medium or well done, and on the whole other side of the steak was medium rare to rare. It wasn't even seasoned that well- if at all. I also got potato wedges and they were undercooked. The burger the other person I was with didn't even have an option for a side- we had to buy it separately to the meal, which was $4 more than expected. Service: Service was mid. The waitress checked on us twice but we had to stop her and ask for a refill each time we needed one. When we got our food, I didnt recieve a steak knife, and I tried to use butter knife but it not cut out for steak. (No pun intended). So I had to ask for one and she got one pretty easily. To give her some credit, though, it was fairly busy, and she was juggling quite a few tables. Atmosphere: It was freezing. It was warm outside, and the AC felt nice at first, but sitting there waiting for our food made us cold pretty fast."
