"My worst fast food experience in memory. Staff was more interested in joking with each other and behind the service counter was unorganized and dirty. The women's restroom had no TP and no one was in a hurry to replenish."

"10/10 do not recommend this location and if you do go don't expect to get your food timely or your order to be correct. Today we went for breakfast. We were the only car in the drive through so we expected it to be a speedy breakfast run. Our order was simple, two coffees, two biscuit sandwiches. Our order was rung up wrong & after waiting 15 minutes for 2 chicken biscuit sandwiches we got home to it not even being correct. Instead of telling us they ran out of biscuits, which I assume to be the case, because this happens often they put one of our chicken patty's on a bun. When you order something specific you expect to get that menu item. Customer service is non existent. You get the bare minimum when you visit this location. If McDonald's can get a whole two lines of customers in and out in record time there's no excuse for Wendy's. This location has been going down hill for years. Unfortunately it has one of our favorite breakfast items but it's not worth the hassle anymore. Do better Wendy's or shut it down."

"Even though I’ve heard poor things about this restaurant. That being said, I decided to give them a try as I had been traveling and didn’t feel like cooking when I got home. All I ordered was a large chili. I figured this would be hard to screw up. I live about a half hour from town otherwise I would have gone back to complain. I got home and got the chili out and the container was barely half full. Not a drop had been spilled into the bag. I don’t expect it to be brimming over but I do expect to get what I pay for; especially given it’s $4.19. They weren’t busy. The chili I was given did taste and look good, but I definitely didn’t get what I paid for…pretty disappointing."

"NEEDS AN UPDATED REVIEW! We used the app for the first time. I did three biggie bags, all different, a jr deluxe, and large fries. I told them when I got to the drive thru we did the app & for the biggie bags I wanted them all separate (last time we ordered 5 biggie bags and they threw them all together. I was told you HAVE TO REQUEST the separate bags or we won't do it.) Found that to be odd since I ordered FIVE completely different bags. So this time, I made sure they knew. They did not like it this time. They had to unbag and rebag. On top of that they forgot a 4 piece nugget, trashed my kids sandwiches on top of my own. They miscounted 10 pieces of spicy nuggets, with a regular nugget added, I got 8.. because that seems to be over complicated. When I confronted the manager I asked for her name she acted like she didn't hear me, rudly said WHAT.. Then told me that I was holding up her line & that I needed to move. All the while I was still trying to correct my order, that I had already paid for. I asked her name again and got "KEIRSTEN, now move you've been here for four minutes and are wasting my time, we have a 78% turn rate!" I laughed and said she must be very unfortunate. I can clearly say I'll be deleting the app & Wendy's will never get my service. I will gladly drive to a southern state and get hospitality instead of bitter rudeness from a lady who hates her life. All of that was totally unprofessional!! Disgusting. I think this place went to hell in a hand basket after the fire."
