"Made a call to see if we were able to get my beautiful, loving pitbull into be groomed. Everything was in check but Once we told the breed we were turned away and told “I can’t handle dogs like that”. As we have taken previous dogs around the same size but different breeds, in the past to her before, the size was never the problem. We were always satisfied with the outcome. Turning away someone due to a breed should NEVER happen. If the case was the size being too big that should be stated and known rather than making the owner who was willing to support your small business feel like I’m being criticized due to the breed. Word of mouth gets around a lot better when a good grooming job is done. I will NOT be taking any of my animals to this grooming ever again. If you don’t want to get to know a dog due to their breed, you don’t deserve to. That is not a caring business owner. Absolutely disgusted."
