"Was bagging my items after I paid and the cashier started immediately ringing up the next customer before I could finish bagging and him and I had to look at receipts to see which one was mine . I don’t mind, bagging my own things, but give someone time to do it, especially if they’re alone! And the cashier was not very friendly at all."

"Stopped in to pick up more garland like the ones I had already purchased for $12.99. Noticed they were on sale for 25% off but when I got to the register they rang up at $14.99 so I politely told the cashier,who then called for someone to come, the person who came didn't know what to do so they called someone who said it was regularly $19.99 and sale price is $14.99. They did give them to us at $12.99 but that is the regular price we paid for the other 7 we had already bought. It was frustrating trying to discuss it with them as they acted like they just didn't care. Kind of a "take it or leave it" attitude. I paid the price as I needed them to match but it should have been only $9. 75 each. It's not as much about the money as it is about the attitudes. I get that the time of yer can be a bit much for retail but when customers are polite and patient the least the staff could do is be the same. Sad because we love shopping at Menards and do so quite often. Never had issues at any of the other Menards stores."
