"Lady that waited on us at the drive thru could of been nicer. Food wasn't the greatest."
"I hate leaving bad reviews but I feel I need to express what a terrible experience this was. The woman taking our order was very short with us and seemed as if she hated being there… it’s possible she was just having a bad day so I’m not too upset about that. The worst part was the almost inedible (and expensive) fresco burgers. The bread was completely untoasted and soggy. There were heaps of mayo and rubbery cheese, and the burger itself was dry and flavorless. The fries were the only redeeming quality of our experience. Maybe today was just an off day, but it was bad enough that we will not be returning."
"We have been coming to the Decatur store for two years and they are by far our favorite people and restaurant to eat at. We have ate at a number of Hardee's and while the food is usually good, this one is ALWAYS excellent. The people have always gone above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The food is always phenomenal and the restaurant is always clean. We will miss this restaurant and the people!"
"Service was fast and friendly. They were very accomadating for my vegan needs. I got 2 beyond sausage patties on sourdough and 2 beyond sausage burritos with no cheese or eggs. The food was great but the ritos were the best. The only negative was how pricey it is."
