Pizza King of Decatur

"Food was good good but service was horrible. I asked for my pizza and they said it would just be a couple minutes which is fine. Then I had to stand and listen to the whole crew cussing and laughing in the background. Saying F..K this and F..K that. What if I had brought my grandchildren in? After 15 minutes of listening to this I was do upset I had to ask again about my pizza and it was already in the warmer. I have never seen or heard such rude behavior in a restaurant where little children could be subject to that. And as much as I really like the pizza I will not be coming back."

"No problems at all, I love their pizza, maybe a bit expensive than other options but it’s also much tastier so with it. Other pizza places have super oily pizzas but I rarely have that problem here. Lovely staff and atmosphere too."

"Ordered pepperoni feast and a bacon cheeseburger pizza. The pepperoni pizza was pretty good, although I dislike this style of pepperoni. I prefer the slices that curl and become crisp. The crust was alright. it could have been a little thinner. The sauce was okay, and the cheese was okay. It's just a very okay pizza. The cheeseburger pizza was different and fun to try, but I doubt I'll get it again. Price seemed high for 2 pizzas and 2 orders of breadsticks. $60.00 before delivery tip. Overall, it was an okay experience."

"Ordered pizza last night and pepperoni was very spicy hot and not explained when ordering. Unfortunately went back tonight and ate in. Ordered spaghetti. Came with salad bar which we would give a five star. Spaghetti tasted like it was cooked in dishwater. Not thick red sauce but clear pick and mostly water. Told Manager about last nights experience and tonight’s. Her response was that is the way it is. We have eaten at numerous Pizza Kings as we travel. Never have had this bad of experience. Went to the register to pay and the Manager was “unavailable”. The gentleman who checked us out said we would get a 15 percent discount. We offered to pay for salad bar (which was probably more than the small spaghetti. He became quite argumentative and was not what you would expect from a representative of the Pizza King brand. With the holiday weekend the choices were limited as to eating establishments but tomorrow is another day."

"Our 1st time here. Really nice waitress. We had a half taco and half enchilda pizza. Taco meat lacks flavor and they don't have sour cream for it. The chicken in our subs was really dry. He liked his better. It was good, nothing to rave about. We'll try a different pizza next time."
