"Payed extra for the top tier wheel bearing. And it failed less than a year later. Called to try and have it warrantied but they require a receipt. They do not keep you in the system like autozone, oreillys, etc . I will always go anywhere but here from now on, and recommend you do the same."

"I called them asking if they could drill some holes in an aluminum catch can and rethread them, drove all the way out from PSL. Only because they said sure we tap holes all the time! Just to have some bald hack named Larry or Jerry tell me it wasn’t even possible. Guy said I was wasting my time and I should just buy something purpose made. We’ll I left bought an NPT tap & a drill bit for $8. What do you know it took me about 5 minutes a hole & I had to wait in the tools… wow."
"Bad service from the machine shop side, called ahead to ask if hydraulic repairs could be done on Saturday, was told yes before 3pm. Showed up at 1:15pm shop door was open, was told “well we closed 2 hours ago but throw it up there”. Granted he did take a look and attempted repair but could not find a fitting, stating “someone left a whole mess of fittings back there we might have it but come back monday”."
