"Yesterday September 18th 2023, I bought a new car battery for my 2004 Rav 4 from the AutoZone on Kanner in Stuart, and I have never had a better customer experience in my life! I waited a week or so to replace my battery from Autozone because I was told by friends how great St. Lucie Battery & Tire are, and I should go to them. They are great, let me make that clear! They are super busy and I couldn't get it done yesterday as a walk in. I went to AutoZone and I am beyond glad I did, Abra helped sold me the battery and Brandon installed it. From the moment I walked in the door till the moment I drove away was 15-20 minutes tops. Abra was clocked out and had her purse/backpack on her back and stopped to help me, which is unbelievable to me!! She was so helpful, so knowledgeble, so kind, curtious and felt like a friend was helping me!! Very rare in our current "chain retailers". I worked at Lowe's so I know. She raved about how awesome her boss is and how she enjoys working at Autozone very much!! I was blown away by her charismatic, caring, and just enviting personality! Brandon installed the battery for me, he was super knowledgable, kind, and helpful! He also attached my rear wiper blade that I have had in my car for months, in 3 seconds! I tried to tip him and he said he couldn't except it! I'm from NY and we tip, sorry but its just what we do, and I'm Italian! Anyway, I have a big mouth and I will be recommending anyone I know to this Autozone location.! They deserve the business and recognition! I hope you see this Mr. Autozone, your shareholders don't matter as much as people like Brandon and Abra!! Trust me! Don't take them for granted!! You can call or email me if you would like.
