"We had a breakdown while traveling in the area. We had our car towed to Wallace Chevrolet for repair. They charged us 200 to diagnose. They came back wanting another $1000 to disassemble and further diagnose. Estimating the repair could be $5000 +.citing things that were not even related. We had our car towed to Stuart Brake and Auto. Doug was super helpful explaining exactly the issue was. They straightened things out and had it back on the road the next day with total cost of $1000. Fair, honest folks. Thanks to Doug and team!"

"They are very knowledgeable and professional! Quality work. I have been their customer for over 30 years. However, on this day I was only getting my oil changed and waited for my vehicle. They had other bigger projects to attend, and I was like a tiny job to them. I felt rather unimportant. I was asked to come in between 7:30 - 8am, and arrived at 7:33am… My car was ready after 9:30am and I felt that I was wasting their time. They do good work and probably want to focus on bigger projects."

"I had a great experience (my Kia Soul needed an oil pressure sensor replaced). Very professional staff and they communicated with me throughout the process. I will be using them for all my vehicle service needs from now on."

"Very knowledgeable, helpful and honest! Didn't try to make repairs on our car that needs extensive work. I appreciate them being up front on the costs expected and what to anticipate. They were thorough and exceeded our expectations. We will be back and certainly share our positive experience! Sure is nice to have an honest auto repair place these days!"

"I used this shop back in December. I was going through a hard time and my car broke down going home in November. I was desperate to fix it and ended up trusting this shop. I brought in a Honda Civic that did not want to turn on. I took apart the manifold and starter hoping it would save the shop time on trying to diagnose it. They slapped it back together and made up that my valves were bent and there’s nothing they could do and that it wasn’t worth in anyway to fix the engine. He called me telling me he needed to hire a special mechanic because my steering wheel was out of place. When I asked later on if the steering wheel was corrected, he said he didn’t do anything to it. Charged me close to 500$ to look at my car and make something up. Because of you I studied and learned how to be a mechanic. Learning the components of an engine and how they all work in sequence. Studying until I was confident enough to swap out the motors myself and take a look what was actually wrong with my car. You were dishonest and took advantage of someone when they were down. I’m in a good place now and not looking for money or compensation. I always give back and unfortunately this is what you got. My name was Roberto if you were wondering."
