"ACME Pharmacy is a joke. They are late filling orders and then they tell you they will bring it when they have a car in your area. Who does that. You have to go days without your medication because they cannot be bothered to bring it out like they are supposed to. I am done with them and their excuses. They are not worth even one star but you cannot post unless you choose something"

"My dear friend used to do business with them. The head pharmacist is very unprofessional, her delivery box was damaged, it was raining that day, she send pictures and the pharmacist told her to follow up with the claim as he was too lazy, several months later he claims he cant find the paperwork and stated to her this never happened to them before and more or less not believing her, as far as we know he got paid for the claim and that's why he's avoiding phone calls and not following up as promised. That month she had to pay for her own expensive medical supplies as he seems not to care. The only person that was very nice and helpful there was Andrew in which seems to be gone. Go somewhere else for your prescription needs, the manager (pharmacist) only cares about the money not your needs as a customer. The head pharmacist also does not have time to talk as he's rude and inconsiderate, he does not return calls, even avoids them if he does not want to deal with something, just horrible."
