"4 days drive thru window has "been down. " obviously short staffed, since the line is long. Seems to be a recurring theme for this location. Don't blame employees, blame management, and corporate!"

"This by far is the worse pharmacy i had ever use and i just got tired of giving them a chance.. Medications are always delayed because they dont have them in stock. The service sometimes is awful. I switch the the One on 1506 W Kennedy and the service there is Amazing and they always answer their phones and they always got an answer and never out of anything"

"Take your inquiries (and business) elsewhere. After waiting on hold for 5-6 minutes, the miserable woman/pharmacist who answered the phone demanded my personal information before she even knew what I was calling about. I provided my name, DOB, etc. She then proceeded to snap at me for asking a simple question. She asked if I had a prescription with them - to which I said “not recently” - she replied “So, you’re calling me to fill a medicine that you don’t have a prescription for?” Obviously, I have a prescription for the medication I was calling about, but she continued to cut me off. Snottily, she stated, “I’m not taking any more patients at MY pharmacy.” I must have been speaking with Mrs. Walgreen, considering she referred to it as HER pharmacy. Foul attitude and zero customer service skills. You can keep YOUR pharmacy and YOUR patients, sweetie."

"I had an appointment for vaccine at 12. It took over 1 hour to get called. What is the point of taking appointments if you are making your patients wait one hour."

"Ive been going to this pharmacy for years and I wish I hadn’t. They’re always out of stock, there’s always a huge line, none of the reps know what they’re doing, and have had a thousand problems filling my prescriptions over the years. Today I waited for an hour and 20 minutes for a prescription that was already filled. They said I needed a magical “ID” number to access it (that had never been asked in the past year I have been taking this medication but the rep insisted he couldn’t do anything without it) but when I went home and called the pharmacy, lo and behold, the rep on the phone reads off my ID before I even can. Disjointed, unprepared, terrible place. I have literally never once had all my meds filled in a timely manner, been in stock, or been able to get access to a rep or even pickup a prescription in under 30 minutes. I only came because it was close to my house. Never again. Just go to the CVS pharmacy on Henderson and save yourself the grief."
