"My Dr sends escripts to them annndddd, nothing. They say they don't get it. Ovrr and over. But my Dr can show the date and time they send it. So then I have 2 stop by the Dr to get a handwritten script. Hope this is helpful to someone."

"My mother has passed away. She died with no estate. The Novopharm of Tampa know that she is dead, they keep calling my phone asking for me to pay her pharmacy bill from when she was in a care facility. I am not responsible for her bills. It is chilling that a business that knows the client is deceased would attempt to harass and remind a family of their recent loss.What kind of business would do this? I only gave them a star because it required me to give them that or I could not post."
