"I will NEVER go back to this pharmacy! I had an emergency and was seen last minute by my dentist. By the time I get out of the dentist it’s 5 when they close. I usually use Walmart for all my prescriptions but it was about to pour and I have used Tampa palms pharmacy once before. So I thought it would be a quick fill. Plus I always like local and was considering using them as my new pharmacy since they are local and they are right down the road from me. But they would not fill my prescription because I did not have a Florida ID. Like I said I have been here BEFORE! He then ask me why I don’t have a Florida ID. Your ID is your identification! So he said I’m going to call and verify it’s you meaning call my dentist and I told him they are now closed but at the end of their answer machine it gives my dentist phone number to call for emergency’s, being that I had two abscess and need to start my antibiotic immediately is an emergency but he would not call because he did not think me needing my medications was an emergency. For being local you expect great customer service, for being a store you expect customer service, well if you go here you will be denied your medications because you do not have the state licenses. Which I looked up and your ID is all that is needed when getting a prescription filled the state as to where your ID is issues NOTHING to do with getting your medications. It shows the pharmacist I am who I say I am. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company!!! I will be reporting this issue as well."
